Ken Ganley Hyundai Parma - Service Department

I live nearby and showed up to the dealership unannounced. I don't even drive a Hyundai. I have a Kia, but they took me in like I was part of the family. I had a nail in my tire, so I pumped it back up with air and drove to this Hyundai dealership. They repaired my tire and had me out of there in less than an hour. The facility was sparkling clean, and the staff were extremely friendly and professional. I may start using them for all of my service from now on.

Large portions with great food! Drinks are really good. Service can sometimes be hit or miss. But for the most part I've had an enjoyable experience!

Ganley is where I purchased my vehicle and they were amazing. The service department is just as amazing as the sales department. They are convenient and take care of any issues in a timely manner!! Thanks Ganley!!
