“So two errors were made. First one came with the online app. I ordered & paid for a cold cup for my daughter only to find out when I got there, that cup was not in stock at the store. Second error, I have a boatload of stars. I decided to apply them to a new hot cup for myself while I was there. I informed the girl, "I'm using Stars" yet somehow it was not stars but cash from my app that was taken. The shift manager then proceeded to go above & beyond trying to fix things imho. The way I see it, that kind of customer service went further with me & proceeded to overshadow any mistakes made.”

“This has to be the most organized- cleanest Circle K that I’ve seen in my life! Nothing is out of place here. The equipment looks well maintained and the shelves are perfect! Most Circle K’s are run down- roofs leaking and mostly a mess and out of date food or out of stock especially on the East Side of Cleveland- those stores are awful and so mismanaged and out of nowhere I walk into literally a perfect store. Why is this the only store on the West Side of Cleveland that’s doing their job? I just want to congratulate all of you here. This was unexpected. This is how a store should look like. Everyone give a round of applause to the Berea, Ohio Circle K!!!”

I asked the young lady if she could stop doing what she was doing and help me. She did, no fussing, complaint, or looking cross. The manager had already been accommodating about suggesting the creamer solution. “I ordered gluten-free bread for four people. $16 extra for gluten-free bread was way too much given the size of the finger sandwiches. It was maybe a slice and a half of bread per person. Otherwise the Tea Party to go was amazing. Lots of food which was very tasty, adorable party as I got the fairy tea party to go and my granddaughter loved it. Would definitely do it again but would not order gluten-free bad. ***** Follow up, Cona explained how the cost was derived for the GF bread, which I understood. Still, I thought this was a great deal and I would absolutely do it again.”
