“This place is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. They did way more and way beyond an outstanding job. My family and I travel a lot and spend much time in our minivan. All of a sudden the van started making strange jangling noises and we took it to about 7 different mechanics and spent over $1000 to get it fix but no one could fix it. We took it to Jason Automotive and Jason was the only one who could correctly diagnose the problem. He was completely booked for about two weeks but out of a sincere and compassionate heart and realizing the severity of our problem he and his team worked overtime staying after hours and overnight to work on our van. This place is highly recommended he and his team take extra measure to ensure the satisfaction of the customers. We greatly appreciate it and needed it.”

“I got a flat tire on the highway. I brought the tire to the Belle Tire on Van Dyke to have it repaired on Black Friday during their annual tire sale. Despite being extremely busy, they said they would take a look as soon as possible. They called me back an hour later to let me know that the sidewall was destroyed. Not only did they take the time to look at the tire, they already confirmed that the last 2 of these tires anywhere was at the Chesterfield store. Their quick action allowed me to get my car to another Belle Tire and get my tires replaced the same day. The excellent customer service of this Belle Tire mirrors what I have come to expect from my local Belle Tire back home and also that of the Chesterfield store. Other automotive service companies could learn a lot from how Belle Tire runs their stores.”

“I'm very impressed with the service from T-Jay's. My car looks brand new and runs beautifully. All the staff here are super. The young ladies at the reception desk are pleasant and welcoming. I was loading golf clubs in my car and one of the service guys happened to be walking by and came over to ask if I needed help loading my car. I drove away and noticed something that I wasn't used to. Called T-Jay's to let them know and they asked me to come back. I was greeted immediately before I got out of my car and was wisked into diagnostics to make sure everything was right. The manager came with me to go on a test drive and I was made sure they everything was in perfect working order. There was a feature turned on that I had never used before. I was embarrassed, but so completely impressed at the integrity of this place. They were not going to let me leave without making 100% sure that my car was fixed right and safe to drive. This is my first experience with them. They have not only earned my confidence and future business, but I will tell everyone I know about them and how wonderful they are to work with.”

However, that European shop quoted me over $1000 to fix a simple oil leak, so I was unable to fix my car for almost a year and it was leaking everywhere. I went to brake plus to change my brakes for the first time, and I really enjoyed the honesty and how the prices were lower than everyone else. When you come here, you feel like you're in good hands. I still enjoy paying my service bills as Roseanne still works in Service for the sales portion. It's always great to hear her friendly voice. Our new 2020 Explorer ST is fantastic and sporty like the name suggests. I still give them five stars. Here is my old review: I purchased a new 2010 Ford Flex from Valley Ford back in 2010 so this isn't a knee-jerk reaction to one bad or good visit. First off let me say that the Flex is the most underrated vehicle ever made. I love my Flex. It is like driving my living room couch around town... handles like a station wagon and is all in all everything I wanted in a crossover vehicle. I have taken my Flex in for service every time it was due and have had only one issue in the last 7 years (it took longer to get my oil changed than expected but only one time). The service department is fantastic and I always look forward to dealing with Roseanne (I think I spelled that right). She makes it much better when I have to pay my bill. If I had it to do all over again I would buy another Flex from Valley Ford.”
