While Heartfulness is often talked about in the context of lowering blood pressure, alleviating things like depression and anxiety, and giving one calmness and peace, I also find there is a very strong and substantial spiritual component to the practice that quite honestly gives my life a lot of meaning and joy. Also, Heartfulness is *free.* It does not cost any money to learn the practice, do the practice, etc. And this makes sense to me - I work as a librarian, and do feel, to invoke the cliche, that "the best things in life are free." Also, the people at the Heartfulness are always encouraging, warm, and welcoming. I recommend this Meditation Center with great enthusiasm, appreciation and gratitude.”

“Once upon a time, Strong Style was a tiny gym in Independence with a different name. There was no MMA in Ohio, not legally anyway, and the first fighters made long road trips to fight for peanuts out of small venues, even animal barns at times. If it weren’t for the vision, blood, sweat, tears, and devotion of Marcus Marinelli, the complex that sits on Granger Road today would not exist. The pro fighters there today may never have gone into MMA. Fighting aside, the training that occurs there is top notch, and anyone who wants to get healthy and challenge themselves will be able to, whether they are 8 or 80. Anyone who attends regularly will find a new form of family they didn’t realize they’d have.”

The workouts are different everyday, so I don't ever get bored. The members eventually become your friends who are so encouraging. The trainers have a mod for everyone. I love the personal training in a group environment. They always encourage me to try something new, something harder! Just what I need. My day is never the same if I don't start it at Burn.”
