The instructor is great at discussing awareness and presenting options to prepare yourself when you think you may be attacked. This in class experience surpasses watching a video or reading about how to handle an attack. Even if you or your daughter remembers just one thing from taking this class (lock your car door, then put your seat belt on like it's second nature), it was worth every minute!”

“The gym is great. They could do a better job at making sure all paper towels and hand sanitizer dispensers are refilled more consistently. Also, making sure squat sponges are more readily available. Not sure if this is something you simply have to request at the front desk. If it is that could be better communicated. Other than that the gym is great and is usually pretty clean.”
