“This review is long over due. I interviewed a few water response teams for the work that needed to be done to my basement. After interviewed 6 companies, to me it was hands down Aqua Master. I did not choose the cheapest bid, but I choose who I felt was being up front with me and not sugar coating anything about what may be found after tearing out a part of my basement that had a raised floor and was finished. After doing all that, drying out my basement and santizing it, the owner took all the time needed to answer my questions and concerns which allowed me to determine next steps that i may need to have done. He even took the time out to determine what "possibly" the rain water was coming in from (he was actually correct). So what I said before, that I did not choose the cheapest bid I got. Well as it turns out the final bill was way lower than any of the bids, but for me it was not just about that, (even though that does come into some consideration), but more about how does this company treat me and talk to me and shows genuine care in their work and their customers. This company does!!!”

“I’m so happy I chose Cleveland Wedding Gown Preservation to clean and preserve my dress. I had red wine spilled on my dress along with some other stains and didn’t take it for cleaning until three weeks after my wedding. They notified me that my dress was ready for pick up earlier than I had anticipated. When I went to pick it up, Sonya greeted me and told me how beautiful my dress was! She showed me the dress through the box so I could see the results and it looked flawless. Sonya did such a wonderful job cleaning it. It looks brand new! I’m so happy I was able to work with her!”

“Not to bad, the machines should be cleaned out better, there was liquid laundry soap left over in some of the machines. The best thing about this place is that they have about 5 or 6 washers that do 6 loads of clothes at one time!!! It costs almost 8.00 to wash, but the dryers are relatively cheap, and 1.00 got most of my loads dry the 1st time. I suggest they make arrangements to have a credit card machine in there! There is a change machine, but if you run out of quarters and don’t have any cash on you, you are outta luck. I never know how many quarters to bring, as I’ve only been to a laundry mat a couple times in the last year, so I almost ran outta quarters. I thought I’d have to leave my clothes and try to go find an ATM somewhere! Nice area, other customers were quiet & kept to themselves. I came on a Tuesday night from 9-11. Actually they close at 11, but it’s 11:39 now and I just got done. Nobody is here to close up yet.”

“A 2 man crew showed up on time and called 30 mins ahead. They helped me move extra furniture and items that we hadn't had time to get out of the way. Courteous and hard working. My family has used this company before with great results and our household agrees that they are fantastic. Would recommend to anyone. We had various prior owner pet stains, rust stains and etc on our carpet. They made them either vanish or be barely visible. Our carpets look so much better.”

“Update 10/9: The owner of the company reached out to me to cover the cost of my damaged items. I received a check for the replacement value for those items. He was very friendly and was trying to figure out what happened. They are working with a chemist to make sure it doesnt happen to other people. Original review: I wish I had a better experience. Last Thursday, 9/15, I had a deodorization and sanitization process completed at my home. I was promised that it would not hurt any of the items left in my house (after plants and food were removed). I asked multiple times if there was anything I needed to move, put away, or be aware of. Mark reassured me multiple times that it would not hurt the items left out. However, I had several fabric items that have been bleached by the process.”

“This cleaner is more than an everyday dry cleaner. I have been going here for years--first by chance then by choice. The owner, Sam, is a true craftsman at his trade. I had a precious & particularly soiled garment many years back that I believed was impossible to clean without at least some ruin, but it was returned absolutely clean like new. I wouldn't go anywhere else! Other places will not do such divine quality cleaning. Either they are too harsh, too soft, and not right. This place does things perfect.
