I was very confident that I had been wronged by the Marshall Equipment Service Department. Upon hearing my story they pretty much agreed with me giving my thoughts immediate credence. The situation was quickly remedied leaving both sides happy. Never was a harsh word spoken. I won't give details of my occurrence as every situation is of course different, but I, in my situation was blown away by the professional treatment of me as their customer. If you have shopped Marshall Equipment then you know how extensive their showroom assortment is. I find their stock to be very impressive. I called at least 10 embroidery and screen printing businesses and all of them told be they didn't have the capability of embroidering shoes. Until, I called Simon at Aida embroidery. He not only had the capability of embroidering the Beatles logos on a pair of shoes, but his work is beyond anything I expected! I couldn't be happier and my Dad absolutely loves his shoes!!!”
