“Since I did this online, it was much more smoother. I originally rented a 15 footer, but U-hual did a wonderful job with keeping me up to date with its stock each week, they actually called me up. I ended up with a 10 footer to be on the safe side and of course there was a fleet of them at the location. The service was good and the lady did a wonderful job with my questions and speed of service. The truck was nice and clean, it was enough for my 550 sq ft studio, including a king sized bed (A bit of a squeeze) I never knew they added a back up camera, 120v plugs, and some usb ports, uts a nice little upgrade they did to the trucks. I drove out of state and didnt have any issues. I also blew through all the EZpass lines and their information was correct, theyll just email you the bill later with a $1 fee attached to each tool you pass, not a big issue and easy to pay. Overall, always been using U-hual so I still will, great job guys and gals~”

I appreciate that he admitted it wasn't their best service and wanted to do better next time. We will come back and if you like good quality pizza this is the place!”

“NEVER in a million years did I think our appointment with Steve at Jakubs & Son would have went the way it did. Let me back up. My sister and I just buried our dad on October 30, 2020 and we were DREADING this appointment. This was the first time we ever had to plan a funeral and being as we just lost our dad, we were very emotional. Our meeting with STEVE was amazing! My sister and I literally laughed the 2 1/2 hours we were there with him for our appointment. (We were just being us and of course it was also everything unorthodox we were planning... Pink Floyd theme...) We wanted to make dad's funeral a celebration of who he was and they truly helped us capture that. Steve even helped up hire a horse and carriage to take dad from the funeral home to the church the next morning. It's exactly what we needed and Steve made everything so easy for us. He was simply awesome and Dad looked unbelievable, as if he were sleeping. I would highly recommend Jakubs & Son for your loved one.”

“I am a Gramma who went to pick up my grandkids from Columbus yesterday. My aunt had taken me so, when it came time to remove the car seats (which my son-in-law had put into her car) to put them into my car, I had such a hard time and was unable to do it. So my aunt had to pick up the kids and we drove to the station to ask for help. Now, we were a few embarrassed Gramma's, but Damon (one of the firefighters), did not make us feel like fools at all. He installed the car seats for me and was very pleasant and nice about the whole issue. He spoke to my granddaughter, who was before this afraid of anyone in uniform, and now the fireman was the nicest person in the whole world. “Great experience coming here for lab work. The staff at the check-in desk were friendly and helpful and worked to get everyone's needs taken care of ASAP. I only waited a few minutes total to be called back for the blood draw, despite 3-4 people being ahead of me. You know how they sometimes say "you'll just feel a little pinch" before drawing blood - and then it's never just a little pinch? Well, the woman who drew my blood didn't say that, but it really WAS a little pinch. Practically painless, and very fast. Definitely would come here again for lab work.”
