She is a very pleasant person with a vibrant personality and do not stop smiling and making jokes. I had a problem with 2 packages that were going to be sent back due to "forward address being expired"--I do not even know what that means. However, Georgia was able to get my packages. She took the time to listen to my concerns and solved the problem with so much patience and a great sense of humor. From now on, I will only go to her for assistance!!”

Mr. Richard Hill is the supervisor my husband and I spoke with. He went through great lengths to help us with our packages and all our mail needs and said he would take it upon himself to make sure our mail started going to the correct place. “Took my baby boy in today to be cremated and this being my baby for 13 years as he grew up with my son he was just like my child ... First time i've ever left him anywhere!!! They made sure they were soooo helpful !! I asked many questions as this is the first time ive ever lost a animal they walked me threw everything !! Being it was friday they called me at 7pm and told me i can pick up my baby's ashes tomorrow wich was quick !! Price was great they made me comfortable and showed compassion !! Great place i will use them again and will recommend them to anyone i know”

Second they had a whacked-out mechanic now that they have a better turnaround and better equipment and better mechanics everything's running smoothly. I'm glad that they're done hiring rookies and not lazy asses. As far as the office part I have no idea I'm just a driver”
