“I was traveling through the area on the expressway when I got a flat tire. I've never been to Cleveland Ohio, I've never needed a repair on my car before and I was alone this past Saturday and scared as all get out. I was able to get a donut tire on my car but I had 8 more hours to travel and it would have been impossible for me. The car shop was closing in 1 hour and Frankie still took me in and helped me with getting a new tire. I also want to give kudos to the guy who did the replacement I didn't catch his name but he was ultra polite. I would recommend this shop to anyone.”

So far, I’ve lost 10 lbs 1 month and see more muscular definition. Overall I feel better and more healthy. I also enjoy his training style. I’m not able to do training sessions in person due to distance and time restraints. So most of the sessions are through zoom. But he tells me what equipment is needed to get the best workouts. And I’m seeing results, so I’m definitely satisfied. I would recommend him to anyone.”
