(September 14, 2020, 5:35 pm)I called Fireside by NCI to try to get a service tech out for our Majestic Gas FP that is not working. Jeffrey Nelson answered the phone, and although they don’t service the Majestic brand, he was so very helpful in helping me and instructing me to help figure out the issue.
I highly recommend this company. Any company that will try to help someone.... (even if they don’t service a certain brand) gets an A+ rating from me.
