“This is my first visit to this company and Kelli was a great help in getting what I needed. I ended up purchasing the last bag of something I needed and while it was being carried out it was noticed that the contents were running out of the bag. It appeared that about 1/3 of the contents was lost, so I went back inside to let Kelli know what had happened and she ended up giving me credit for that bag. The next day I decided that I wanted to exchange one of the items I purchased so I called and talked with Kelli again and she said it would not be a problem to do. I made the exchange and I was able to get my job completed. Having someone like Kelli is a breath of fresh air when it comes to customer service. She was willing to work with me on many things which made my experience enjoyable. I would highly recommend this location of HP to anyone as they are very friendly and the customer service is top notch. Thank you Kelli!!!!!”
