As a current employee I would like to express my gratitude. When I came to OT , I was seeking a part time job to bring me joy. Little did I know, I would be embraced and welcomed into a family. This family has shown me that I have a genuine purpose in my life. Through this pandemic,the residents have encountered loss,loneliness, uncertainty and confusion. Having spent every day with them them as an essential worker, had proved to me that this is the greatest generation. They have taught me resilience as well as, compassion. Every morning I look forward to hearing stories of their past and who they once were. It is a pleasure working for OT and this my gift. Thank you for allowing me to be your Activity Director and friend.

As an LPN with the majority of my experience in Assisted Living, The Inn at Olentangy Trail has welcomed me and embraced me as part of their family. I have never worked with a more dedicated staff who is willing to treat residents like family. The residents’ lives are important to every staff member. I wouldn’t want to work for a facility that treats their residents less than a cherished family member. I am so honored to be trusted to care for all the residents at The Inn at Olentangy Trail.
