  I love living here! The staff is always so kind and helpful. If I have a problem, they are very prompt in getting it handled or are very communicative for where they are in the process.
  
  I love our our floor plan (we have a loft).
  
  For community living, it is fairly peaceful and I feel very safe here.

  Since moving here in April 2022 the staff here are outstanding. The property is taken care of grass is cut and plenty of parking space. The swimming pool is clean and staff always takes care of any issues that happen. The renters seen nice and i have not had or seen any issues since i have moved in. I give thanks for the prompt service that maintenance ( Matt ) has provided. I had thought i lost my house key just the other day and went to see the manager Tammy. Tammy took the time to help me look for my key at the mail box then found my key in my car under the seat. Tammy is a great manager and the staff again are outstanding. I gave 5 stars but it should be 10 stars. I am happy i choose these apartments to live in.

  My apt. is nice, comfy and safe. The view in front of my apt. has a country atmosphere. Lots of room for my little dog to run, walk and play. The grounds are well kept. The train going through is a plus!! Chloe {my little dog} and I love trains. The neighbors are quiet and nice. The best thing, living here is Tammy and Matt. They are so kind, professional, always willing to help. They are like family. Chloe loves visiting them. She gets so excited whenever she sees them. They are good people. They took the time to check Chloe over when I thought she had a tick. Then Tammy calmed me down. Devon is awesome as well. I'm sure Phil will be too. Working and learning under Tammy and Matt's expertise, no doubt, he will be. Tammy and Matt need to be recognized for their hard work.

  I am so pleased with my experience at River valley apartments! Every single member of the staff has been so easy to work with. There are always such quick responses to any issue you can have, as rare as issues may be.
  I'm thankful for the time my family had where we stayed in this beautiful home.
  A huge thank you to the property manager, Tammy! Thank you for always answering all of my questions, and for being an excellent manager!
  It's a bittersweet moment to have to leave with our expanding family, but I will be sure to let others know how wonderful of an establishment River valley apartments is.

  We've called this place home for 4 years. It's a nice family friendly place!! Management and maintenence are truly awesome and really care about the residents!!! They all do everything they can to keep things safe, clean and well taken care of. Our experience here has been great!!
