Cake was moist, jam layer was fantastically thin and added just the right hint of flavor, and the icing was creamy without any of that graininess you get from the grocery store cakes. Would absolutely recommend and looking forward to another get together as the group really enjoyed this as a birthday treat!

(March 27, 2022, 10:10 pm)Karen makes the best desserts. You can't go wrong with her classic Carrot cake, Hummingbird cake. My personal favorite is her Andes peppermint chocolate cheesecake.
