(October 1, 2020, 12:13 pm)I have used YRC for the last 5 years approximately 8 times I have not had one single issue. All of my customers have been happy and I have never heard of no complaints. The only issue I have personally is every time I go out to the Fisher road warehouse I call the number as they request and I tell them that I'm outside however every time I go I sat there for about 45 minutes waiting for someone to come out with a forklift and there has been several times that I have had to call twice. Anyhow other than that it's a good company
