They detailed my car and took care of our deductible! Their manager came in on a Saturday at 8pm just for me to pick up my car. VSP is now 100% the only place we will go for body work, although hopefully we won’t need anymore done for awhile. “This is my first review, and I figured out how to write them just for this. I scheduled an appointment for today, I get there, sit down, and they have my car fixed and ready within a half hour. They realized that my EGR valve wasn't plugged in, popped it in, and the problem was fixed. Here's the kicker: they didn't even charge me. The employee working (I didn't get his name), said he couldn't charge me in good conscience. I will be coming back, I won't be going to any other mechanic. I know a billion other people all have similar reviews, but if you need a car repair, seriously, this is the one.”

“I was driving through Columbus on my way to Cleveland and got behind a truck that had a tire shed. The traffic was heavy, and I couldn't avoid running over it. My tire went flat... I drove to the next exit and ran into Pops, who works at a car lot on Hudson St. He told me about Areen's store and led me there in his car (Pops, super nice guy). Areen sold me a used tire at a reasonable price and had the flat tire replaced quickly. I was right back on the road. I highly recommend him. He is an honest man who does good work!
