“I love this gym! I have been a member off and on for the past 3 years (due to transitions of school and work). Truth be told, the gym has all the equipment you could ever need while also being top notch quality. It has a intimate atmosphere and hardly ever gets too crowded. I never feel rushed and that is a blessing in of itself. The owner, Nick, is super proactive and easy to get a hold of and he does a great job of keeping the entire place clean. Highly recommend!!”

As a busy mom of 4, with zero gym experience, I have no time to figure out how to use all the equipment at a regular gym. My trainer Christine has shown me how to properly and safely use all the equipment while using the proper form and is constantly finding new ways to make each training session new and exciting but also challenging.
