Staff are very nice, if you treat them with respect they'll treat you with respect. They check everyone's tool bag and have to be firm about their check-in process for liability issues, so don't get offended or think it's something it's not, I'd imagine dealing with people's flak about that on a daily basis has to be frustrating for them.”
