Friendly, top-notch service is done by Floyd Bowsher (Manager) and his competent and reliable automotive mechanics and technicians. They don't drag their knuckles returning your vehicle within a reasonable amount of time or in returning your phone calls about the status of your vehicle--very unlike the major repair shop around a mile away. No bs from the AAA shop at 2400 Sobeck Avenue-- a little hidden in the NE quadrant of the intersection at Winchester Pike and James Road (follow the first long driveway on the right headed north from Berwick Party House, but well worth the effort to find it)...they're A-1! Very clean shop, neat office, plenty of parking. and complimentary coffee. Highly recommended. FIVE STARS from us!”

“I love this company. I have driven truck for over 23 years and Crete/Shaffer is the best that I have found. Best equipment, best people, best customers and best miles. Their trucks are set at 68 on cruise but at $0.73 per mile, I can print money all day long at that speed. If there is a better company out there, I haven't found it. I am here until I retire.”

“I went outside at 7:30 am to see that someone had smashed my passenger side window. They got me in at 2 pm and I was out at 4:30 (and it only took that long because they were busy). They were very courteous, helpful, and took my insurance, which is through Erie. They also have coffee and water available in the lobby. My window has been in for two days now and I have had no problems. They were also kind enough to vacuum all of the glass out of my car. I would go here for any vehicle service that they offer.”
