There was very minor miscommunication about items we could not move which added unexpected cost but in general everyone was super responsive and eager to do a great job. “My car ran out of gas this morning. Today is February 26, 2020. I was afraid at first to call the police to help me with my disabled vehicle. Whomever the dispatcher was, she made me feel calm even though I was nervous. On my way to work I ran out of gas on Sibley Blvd. A police officer by the name of Lorenzo N. came to the rescue in less than 5 minutes. He first tried to push my vehicle out of traffic. Then he took me to the Citgo gas station up the street. He then filled my can, drove me back to my car and put the gas inside my vehicle for me. Within that small length of time I shared with him a little bit about myself (old lady lol) I guess I'm trying to say, it was an awesome experience without anxiety and being overwhelmed which I suffer from.”
