The Greyson

Greyson was an excellent experience for me, from the initial tour to the move out the staff was informative, helpful and very friendly. Property is well maintained, any issues were addressed immediately. Amenities well kept and very nice. Highly recommend the property.

The best renting experience I've ever had. The Greyson staff is extremely kind and helpful, the complex is beautiful, apartments are hi-tech (can control lights, temp, and lock/unlock from door from an app!), and more!! Wouldn't leave this apartment if I didn't have to move out of state, highly recommend to anyone!

My boyfriend and I just moved to The Greyson a couple weeks ago and so far we’ve had nothing but positive experiences. The apartment complex itself is absolutely gorgeous and very clean. We decided to go with a 2 bed, 1 bath layout (The Winchester) and it’s way more spacious than we thought it’d be (our walk in closet is amazing). We had scheduled a walkthrough a few days prior to our move-in and it was amazing how it looked like no one had lived there before us. They did an amazing job getting it prepared. We have a cat and she loves to sit on the windowsill when the windows are open, and she became comfortable very quickly. We had a screen that was broken in one corner and wasn’t latching on, and the maintenance people came immediately the following day to fix it. We also just recently had ants show up and the first response team took care of it so fast. They definitely aren’t slow around here- they get the job done quickly and efficiently. I love the gym, it has everything I need and more. The customer service and everyone that works here have been wonderful. They care about you and all of your concerns/needs. We’ve never had any communication issues with anyone. We’ve definitely made The Greyson our home and plan to stay here for quite a while (this is our first apartment). I highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking to move to the Hilliard area. Huge shoutout to The Greyson for taking such great care of us and everyone else!

A little background on me, I am a medical student that lived with my dog at The Greyson for 3 years. I can safely say that this has been the best place I have ever lived at in my life. The maintenance requests were quick, the resident events were fun and engaging, and the staff was always cordial and helpful. The amenities are well kept and state of the art. I highly recommend this apartment complex and am thankful for everyone working there! A special thanks to Nick Fell for helping me with everything!

We love living at The Greyson. Very Resident Oriented and they Work orders are quickly responded to! This is the best Place see in my life Clean excellent customer service and nice people working there I’ll give them five 5 stars. I know it’s not enough five-star. Love Greyson!
