  Matt Schraibman was fantastic from beginning to end in helping us find out first house! It was super stressful with a very tough market, limited homes available, COVID precautions... with Matt’s quick moves, he got us in the door first, helped us make a curb offer they couldn’t refuse and here we are today! I highly recommend him in helping to make your dreams come true, he kept us positive and we’re forever grateful!

  Carrie Cliffel is an exceptional real estate professional. She conducted thorough research in pricing our house for sale - higher than we anticipated. She and her team put together an impressive marketing package and very quickly, efficiently initiated showings. Carrie has excellent communication skills; she kept us advised of every step in the process and responded quickly to all our inquiries. She was a real advocate for us through sale and remediation negotiations - obviously critical steps in the process. Carrie is a polished professional with high energy; she's knowledgeable and very personable. She really takes the edges off the stress of buying or selling a house. We highly recommend Carrie for results and a delightful experience!

  I cannot say enough good things about Grant Flood from the Eric Cliffel team at KW. My wife and I were introduced to Grant through a friend at work whom said they had a great time working with him. Let me tell you that they did not lead us astray. We immediately loved Grant as soon as we met him. He listened to our needs and didn’t rush us when we first came to him asking about how to even go about purchasing a home. Then when we finally decided to move forward Grant kicked it into high gear. He was always on the hunt for the perfect home and he took us to showings whenever we wanted to go. Grant answered each and every question we had and indulged our every curiosity. He was professional, attentive, diligent, and made the entire process fun and enjoyable. When we finally found the home of our dreams Grant was there to guide us through and help us form the perfect offer to get our house! Even now, a year after moving in we still have a relationship with him; inviting him to our football parties, going to KW meet and greets, and even recommending him and the Cliffel team’s services to my wife’s cousin.   My husband and I had the honor of working with the Eric Cliffel team specifically Carrie and had an amazing expereince. Carrie was always personable, bubbly, attentive and did whatever she could do to connect with us. Building a relationship was very important to her and we loved that about her. Carrie took the time to understand our needs and wants and did a great job at executing. After a short time frame of looking at houses we decided to buy a model home and finish the basement. Carrie made sure to be at every builder appointment she could attend and she did a great job at managing us the client and the builder relationship. There was slight mishap with our builder, and Carrie and the Eric Cliffel team made sure to take care of it immediately and management stepped in where needed. We are very pleased with our experience and love our home very much. We would recommend Carrie and her team to our family and friends a million times over. Thank you Eric Cliffel team!!!

  Carrie was amazing from start to finish. We started talking about buying a house in January, knowing we couldn't actually move until end of July due to our current lease and getting married in March so we were pretty stressed to say the least and didn't know where to start. Once I started looking at houses Carrie got our info and reached out along with 5 other realtors, but for some reason I picked her out of all of them and so happy I did! I told her that we were not ready to buy now but would like to start the process. She sat us down and had a great informational meeting and told us how the next 6 months are going to play out. Once the wedding was over we got right into it. She gave us contacts, sent us houses almost everyday and had showings almost every weekend. The weekend we saw our dream place Carrie was out of town but got Rich (another member of their team) to show us the place and he was equally just as amazing! Lucky for us and her quick and knowledge of the house market we found our townhouse in about 2 months, closed 28 days later and now have the keys to hour dream (town)house! :) We couldn't of had more fun along the way with Carrie and it seemed easy and effortless with her.
