My car started to make increasingly weird noises on the way there to the point where I didn’t feel safe driving it, but I was supposed to leave to go back home the next day. The next morning I called, this service was able to take in my car right away, find the problem (tensioner pulley broke and the belt fell off— could have caused some bad engine damage), and fixed it up for a fair price so I was ready to leave that same night as I originally planned. The lady working at the front was very knowledgable and helpful in explaining what was wrong to me even though I don’t know much about cars. If I lived in Columbus I would definitely come back here again!”

I needed a condenser and compressor; the price quoted was extremely competitive based on industry standards. “I have had my newly installed Rugh's Roof for three weeks now and I am happy to report that I have zero complaints with the installation quality. Zero leaks after several rain and wind events since installation. I worked with Jeremy to set up the install. He was very respectful during and adherent to CDC recommendations in our face-to-face meeting. He was easy to contact and responsive to questions I had during the time from inspection to install process; and he was very helpful working with my insurance company. The roof install crew was very prompt- they showed up at the exact time we were told they would be there. They did a nice job on clean up too- rolling a magnet across the yard multiple times to try and pick up and lingering nails. Rugh's uses the Owens Corning roofing systems. I had the Duration Onyx Black shingles installed (50 year rated shinle), along with a new ridge vent to replace hat vents. All new flashing was installed as well. They also assisted in installing the flashing for four new sun tunnels which I was installing in conjunction with the new roof. Overall they provided a smooth and low stress experience for what I would consider to be one of the major milestone house projects.”

“From scheduling the tow, to the communication before hand and the tow experience itself, they were incredibly professional. The ability to schedule a tow gives peace of mind knowing that your car will be taken care of and eliminates the trouble of waiting if drivers are already busy. They let you know where the driver is and their ETA which helps know exactly when they’ll be there to help you out. James tested my car before lifting it on the truck to make sure that a tow was necessary which I felt was extremely noble as most companies may have just towed without question. Very reasonably priced and extremely helpful. Hopefully my car doesn’t need towed again, but if it does, I will without a doubt use Capital Towing.”
