Every person I interact with on the phone, window visits, and in-person visits, knows my husband and is able to tell stories about him. This says a lot to me, that even the kitchen and maintenance staff personally are involved enough with the residents to know him so well. I also love the daily involvement of Greg (co-owner). Kemper House has a family atmosphere, not a large corporation feel. I can tell the culture of the staff is positive and caring, which passes to the residents. “The complaints about running on time are true to an extent. However, when he sees you, he will spend just as much time with you as the other patients before you. I’ve seen many Docs for conditions and he is the most thorough Doc I’ve ever seen or gone to. He’s also a professor with OSU medical and I believe that’ a factor why he runs behind. He’s in “teaching mode.” He's very big on patient education. Very detailed! He will stay in your room and explain everything with you. To call this doctor a quack because he can run very behind, is ridiculous. He is far from it! I’ve had to wait for long periods before, and even had to leave a couple times. But, I will say I’m fine waiting and would never leave his office for that. When you find a great Doc, you don’t let it go. The best things come to those who wait. Make sure your phone is charged and candy crush is downloaded.”

They always have wonderful customer service, orders are filled in a very reasonable amount of time, consistently, many times they seem to have batches of the same strains as other dispensaries that are slightly better quality than the others. There always seems to be somewhere close to park, and I've only had to wait longer than 30 minutes less than 5 times out of a hundred or so, which is a much lower rate than the other Columbus dispensaries. All in all, if you need the products they sell and are in Columbus, be sure to make this the first place you check.”

“After taking mom to The Claremont for dinner a couple of times to get a feel for it, we moved her there in November 2019, and simply could not have made a better choice! Like almost any senior struggling to live on her own, she was not in favor of moving, but she loved the activities and quickly made lots of new friends. Her one bedroom independent living apartment is fantastic, complete with her own screened in patio. The food continues to impress as well. Mom has since gone through hip surgery and is almost finished with rehab, and with dramatically declining memory, we will be moving her into memory care in the same building. I can't imagine a home for seniors having a more caring and helpful staff than The Claremont! The attention and caring we receive has been second to none. They've done extremely well keeping COVID-19 out of the building and we feel very safe having mom there. They are a little less expensive than similar facilities, but don't let that fool you. We looked at a lot of places, and have friends who've had parents both at Claremont and other facilities, and Claremont competes very well on all important factors. It doesn't feel like a senior facility; it feels like home. We feel like family there, and continue to believe it's the best place for mom.”

Every test opened my eyes to why my body was responding the way it was and she gave me medicine/supplements to improve those symptoms. I cannot recommend this practice more! If you have tried the modern medicine avenue and it has not helped your issues, please give Elements of Health a try! I highly recommend this practice.”
