“Well, our quartzite counters are in. Sizeable job, 3 slabs. We almost didn't choose J&R because, well, they weren't as expensive as the other quotes I received and sometimes I worry that you get what you pay for. WOW! Was I wrong, thank God we went with J&R. The price was great. The presale help was amazing. We had some challenges finding just the right slabs but Jogly was with us all the way. Once the order was scheduled everything was on time throughout the project. The counters look amazing. The workmanship was top notch. The seams and waterfalls are perfect. “During the recent heat wave I purchased a garden cart on line, knowing that it would need to be assembled. When assembly was 99% complete I discovered a manufacturing defect. I was drenched with perspiration, exasperated and polite when I contacted Customer Service and asked that the defective cart be replaced, assembled and delivered to my home. The first person I spoke with did not have authority to do all that I asked, but she agreed to escalate my request. The person I next spoke with and I were able to work out a satisfactory plan. He would arrange to have this store accept my return and provide an assembled replacement. He even gave me his name and extension. William, the manager at the store, and Steve at the Customer Service Desk did a fine job, despite some complicated paper work. As a disabled vet, I really appreciate Home Depot and the fine people that work there.”

“I’ve been using Clark Pest Control for years. They spray the outside of my home every other month and they are great. Everyone is very friendly and professional and the rate is fair. I’ve never had a problem with bugs. I specifically remember one year that my neighborhood had a very bad cockroach problem. I would see them on the sidewalk while walking my dog. But my home was well protected. They were never a problem inside my house.”

“This Zettler's store is a great place to find any hardware, tools, or gardening supplies. The prices are great, and the staff are knowledgeable. I would give this Zettler's store 5 stars, but the aisles are kind of tight. This makes it difficult (not impossible, but difficult) for my wheelchair-using wife to navigate through the store. I often leave her at home or in the car when I come to this store because of the tight aisles.”

This was taking place when there was a shortage of flag poles due to high demand and COVID-19 and the delivery and installation were outstanding. The company contacted utility companies for us to make sure the dig was legal and the installers did a great job of accepting delivery of the pole from the semi truck to full installation. It was turnkey. We are very impressed with the products and service.”
