“Y'all need to get your driver check in system better. There is no reason I should have to check myself in and touch the computer that many many many other people have touched. You don't clean the computer after every driver. I don't know where those people have been, if they are sick, if they even wash their hands... You don't even offer a place for me to wash my hands after touching the nasty computer. I had to disinfect my truck after delivering to you. Edit: I just had a very pleasant conversation with this company. They seem to be accommodating. Companies that actually follow up are ones who care about the people delivering their freight. I understand things are tough and somewhat stressful with the abrupt changes we have all had to make and every place has a different protocol. Thank you for the follow up call! Also, they have record speed with unloading.”

The wonderful Manager at this location was there to meet me and she is just a doll!! Excellent Customer Service, Above and Beyond!! I have been in the Customer Service Field for 28 years now, and she was so professional and courteous, it made me want to do business with this company. The storage unit is the second smallest and it is huge. The price is very competitive compared to other companies offering smaller units and over priced. Very Clean, not even a cob web in sight. I am so impressed with this company, I am looking into employment prospects online with this company. If you need storage, this is the company you want your belongings stored at.”
