“Well, our quartzite counters are in. Sizeable job, 3 slabs. We almost didn't choose J&R because, well, they weren't as expensive as the other quotes I received and sometimes I worry that you get what you pay for. WOW! Was I wrong, thank God we went with J&R. The price was great. The presale help was amazing. We had some challenges finding just the right slabs but Jogly was with us all the way. Once the order was scheduled everything was on time throughout the project. The counters look amazing. The workmanship was top notch. The seams and waterfalls are perfect. “Nathan was courteous and very informative around the steps it took to fix my phone. It took about 3 hours and I felt comfortable knowing that they were authorize to repair a number of phones and tablets not just Google. It's not five stars yet, because my camera wasn't cleaned, as requested, before they replaced the back of my phone (so it's a little hazy) but, they have a 90 day warranty, so I'll be taking it back to have them do so within that time. Needed my phone back for a meeting today.”

“For new folks like me or those who aren’t familiar with Indian street food, I suggest browsing the menu on the digital screens first before ordering because only those screens have pictures for each of the dishes. The paper menu and menu at the counter don’t have many pictures, if any, and there are so many items available so it was a bit overwhelming to pick. The street food portions are small and about $6 each; you’ll probably need to order 2-3 items for a complete meal. They also have some sets available which seem like a good deal. Overall good place, casual and relaxed atmosphere.”

“Friendly Salesmen. You don't have to go looking for them they come out to you like they are supposed to. Cars have high miles but that's why they are cheap. They never sold me a dream. They let me know if you buy it they do have high miles and are not new. I tried getting one van and the man wouldn't let me buy it cause I had small children because he didn't think it was safe enough for them. Told me to come back when they have something better.”

“During the recent heat wave I purchased a garden cart on line, knowing that it would need to be assembled. When assembly was 99% complete I discovered a manufacturing defect. I was drenched with perspiration, exasperated and polite when I contacted Customer Service and asked that the defective cart be replaced, assembled and delivered to my home. The first person I spoke with did not have authority to do all that I asked, but she agreed to escalate my request. The person I next spoke with and I were able to work out a satisfactory plan. He would arrange to have this store accept my return and provide an assembled replacement. He even gave me his name and extension. William, the manager at the store, and Steve at the Customer Service Desk did a fine job, despite some complicated paper work. As a disabled vet, I really appreciate Home Depot and the fine people that work there.”

Then a friend told me about Canal Flooring Outlet, and I was able to easily go in to see their wide selection of affordable carpet choices, purchase, and schedule installation all the same day. Within less than a week, we had gorgeous new carpet! Installers arrived as scheduled, kept the place clean, and were in and out within a couple hours. We love it and our cat does, too!”

“When I go to a grocery store I try to get in and out as quickly as possible. Every time I go to this Meijer I have to waste time looking for something, because it has been moved. Hate to ask any of the employees for help, because I swear they are all in a severe state of depression even the greeters. I worked in retail management nearly all my life (now retired) and I would never allow things like this to happen in my stores. Management needs to get their employees upbeat and motivated!!! Time for a new manager. I only shop at this store because they almost always have a great selection of products and at a reasonable price.”
