Today's visit was for new headlights, Rain X, & a set of eyeball mirrors for our F150. The process aren't too high here. There selection of items is good in my opinion. The older gentleman (Chuck) has always come from around the counter & helped me when I've needed it. He's not the type of person to just point & tell you where something is located in the store, he actually walks me to the correct location. I truly appreciate that about him since I usually ask questions lol. Overall I would highly recommend this store to other shoppers. I know there are several other auto parts places in the same general area but these guys are on the top of my list & the first place I go when I'm in Columbus & need something. A++”

“Been looking for a particular model of jeep. Couldn't find one until I went down high street while running errands. Brad had two of them. One was priced at a little higher than the other I purchased. I chose the cheaper one. Brad was even helpful by allowing me to take the car to be looked over by a mechanic. I was expecting to find a lot wrong with it given its age and type of vehicle it was. The mechanic came back with a list of this that was just minor things like oil and fluids that's all. He was fair and upfront on his vehicles. Usually keeps things in stock that people love to drive. I would recommend that if you need a good vehicle come here and get one”

“Mike the manager at the Lockbourne location was great. We discussed my tire problem over the phone and he said he would order the tires to be arriving the next day. When I met Mike in person he was very courteous and professional. My tires were installed in a timely manner. I think he did everything he could to give me the most positive experience. I will return to Katz tires if I have any other tire needs and will recommend them to my friends”

As soon as my wife walked in she was greeted by Leslie, who then proceeded to help my wife find frames for my child who was not present at the moment and first pair Leslie picked out without seeing my child fit like a charm! My wife then expressed that our child has some health issues and was concerned to bring my child into store and Leslie went above and beyond and asked her managers if it was okay to step out to our car and make sure everything would fit my son perfect. “The pharmacy is usually pretty fast with getting prescriptions same day. They are generally helpful and friendly (be careful who you ask about side effects to though). At times (specifically during lunch hour), it may be a while before you are helped (luckily there are chairs that are comfortable enough for the wait). Other than that, its not bad. ”
