“I always experience great, timely service here. I brought my car in early before another appointment and it was ready before I could even delve into the work I brought along with me. My service rep was friendly and polite, yet not overbearing. UPDATE: I came in for an oil change and Braeden greeted me like family. He helped me know what I needed to get done and outlined my next visit so I could be prepared. I always have a wonderful experience at Germain Nissan. I expected to wait longer, but was finished before I could even get into my work. UPDATE: I went in for general maintenance and got my car in and out in no time. I was able to get home in time for a zoom meeting. UPDATE 2021:I went in because my lease was ending and I needed a new vehicle. Steve Mendoza took time with me to find the vehicle I wanted. Being practical, I usually pick black vehicles, but this time I was attracted to the brilliant blue on the new Rogue. He worked with me and my husband to get me into that vehicle at a price point I could live with. I have been with the Nissan brand since 2007 and have leased 3 vehicles through Germain. You never disappoint!”

“I love this branch: it’s very convenient both in location and in the short time I spend waiting for the tellers to help those ahead of me. It can be busy sometimes, but only once did I have to wait for more than about ten minutes to be helped. Maybe that sounds a bit long, but that includes times with up to 12 folks ahead of me!. Usually I get helped in less than 5 minutes here & that is NOT the case at many other locations I’ve used across the city. Also, the tellers are very friendly here and seem to actually want to be helpful. I know that overall the banks are upping the customer service level, but not even Chase has such consistently nice people at every branch I’ve been to. Also I believe they all speak Spanish here and they seem perfectly comfortable speaking either English or Spanish without a problem. I Know that’s not available everywhere else. I have been with Chase for over 15 years and like it altogether; I’m not using anything more complicated than basic checking and debit card services, but it’s been 15 years of dealings with them where I have never had the slightest problem. I had so much trouble with Huntington - all caused by their own errors: in using unclear and inconsistent policies, fees, and penalty charges; their constant and sometimes appalling mathematical errors; their terrible customer service; and for their Personal Banker system where only one person has the authority to do anything to your account. -Not that I’m complaining :) At Chase I have not seen evidence of anything like what I went through at Huntington and I am most grateful. As for this branch’s bankers, I have only needed help a few times in over a dozen years here and they were quite pleasant, businesslike and helpful, one time exceptionally so. I have seen people waiting for a banker at times, but only during those times when you would expect to have to wait your turn to see one. I wanted to tell you this because I was really surprised at the low ratings and the reviews I read. I thought I should share what I have experienced to balance the discussion a bit.”
