The gentleman at the Cleveland Avenue location was professional and friendly. Dropped my car off late Tuesday, under the impression it was an issue with the transmission. Got a call around noon Wednesday with the good news I just needed to replace the coil and spark plugs. Reached out to a mechanic friend to check the price I was quoted and they assured me it was a fair price for the service. The car was ready for me Wednesday afternoon!
