“Keyla is skilled, detailed, gentle, mindful, and professional. I had absolutely no complaints and felt extremely comfortable on my first visit. I knew my hair was in good hands because I had followed Keyla's work for at least 2 years. Keyla knows natural hair. I haven't had a professional trim in 8 years. Her preliminary detangling process and wash techniques was similar to my own. But I was very impressed that she used medium heat to blow dry my hair and set the flat iron to only 380 degrees. I had never experienced tools sliding so smoothly through my hair! She did her best getting through my gnarled ends and it resulted in beautiful, healthy, extremely soft hair. Proud to say I have a personal hair care specialist to brag about!”
