“I can not say enough great things about the service provided even after the sale by Rock's Trailer Sales. My husband purchased a trailer from them in 2016, we have since moved states where the titling laws are different for trailers and we are trying to title it for the first time. We received the run around from the BMV for both states trying to figure out what we needed to do and I called Rock's multiple times with questions for clarity on what I was being told. I could tell that the team behind the counter were working incredibly hard to meet the demand at the window. I had no problem waiting a few minutes for them to catch up and serve me, but in just a few seconds, I was greeted by Oumaima... Oumaima is one of those exceptional employees who I am sure will excel at everything she does in the future. She was polite, articulate, quick, very effective, and didn't make me feel like a bother. I sure hope this Wendy's understands the true rockstar they have in her. The food was really good. It came out very hot and really fast. But, the service and the team, specifically Oumaima's example; that is the reason I will come back to THIS Wendy's.”

“Both my folks have been here for a few years now and their feedback has been very good. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. I have ate there a few times with my parents and the food has always been tasty. The servers are very polite and friendly. Twice we have experienced emergency situations and the response was immediate, which makes me sleep well knowing they are in good hands! There are newer facilities in the area which you pay for in higher monthly fees. None of my siblings nor I would permit anyone to look after our parents if we didn’t feel comfortable with them...Period”
