“I am so impressed with our entire experience at Original Mattress Factory. My mom purchased an electric bed a few weeks ago. We have had a whirlwind of events happen since purchasing the bed and have had to ask a few times to change the delivery date. They have accommodated every time, and with a pleasant attitude. My dad has been in the hospital for almost a month and we found out today that he is being discharged tomorrow. The bed coincidentally is being delivered tomorrow. He is coming home at 12 and is bedridden so we had to have the bed by 12. My mom called and basically begged for them to let her be first on their delivery list. They said they would have to call her back. They called later and told us they rearranged the schedule so we could be first on the list. They have gone above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you so much Original Mattress. You are a lifesaver. Edit: The delivery drivers were rude. We spoke to one a few times, thanking him for coming and changing the route. He did not even acknowledge we spoke to him. The next one came in and we did the same. Again, did not acknowledge us. They went in and put the beds together. We tried to speak again and they had no bedside manner at all. Still five stars for our experience with Gregg at Hilliard. He was amazing.”

“Hi, I recently purchased a beautiful Modern-Steel Metallic 2020 HR-V EX from Roush on 10/31/2020 (Halloween). This could not have been made possible without the expertise, kindness and gratitude of my sales consultant. That is, the mighty Dave McCamon. Dave helped me purchase my first HR-V (my first car purchase ever!) back in 2016. It was White-Orchid Pearl HR-V EX. I loved that truck very much. Dave really cares about the customer and their needs. I knew that when I left the Roush dealership with my new HR-V in 2016, I had to work with Dave again after a few years. He also sold a beautiful black forest pearl 2020 Passport to my parents as well. The Modern-Steel Metallic was not my first choice in a color. Originally, I was supposed to receive a Platinum White-Pearl EX from New Mexico. Unfortunately, it never came. However, Dave was with me every step of the way and kept me up to date. He finally suggested a couple of other color options for me and actually saved me some extra money on my purchase. I immediately fell in love with the Modern-Steel Metallic finish when I first saw it! I would recommend Dave to anyone who is interested in purchasing or leasing one of these amazing automobiles. It is sad that he will be retiring soon. Honda's are by far the best made vehicles on the road for anyone at any price point. Roush beats out any competition, especially in-terms of customer service!
