Fantastic team. I had an issue with my guitar (to no fault to the team, it’s a WEIRD guitar, one of those original Les Paul ultras with the nano-mag pickup), having some weird wiring issues, and they’ve worked with me now to get it straightened out and taken care of nonstop since it started.
