I’ve been going to Banfield for 4 years and they always have taken care of my dog and her needs. They are a very friendly staff and the always make sure things are right. After every visit they always call me to see how my dog is doing. The doctors and staff are awesome. I don’t take my beloved dog no where but Banfield.

Excellent service. Most vets feel like just a money grab but this one even though it is. It is the service that makes up for it. The one thing I wish is that for the check ups you have are given at a discounted rate since I've already been there before and gave an arm and a leg.

I want to thank Dr Trondle and all her staff for their kindness today...
From check-in to check-out, the staff showed so much care and compassion to me and my dog who is ill. I want to especially thank Stephanie. She was able to read my emotion and she handled it with SO MUCH care and kindness and tactfully took me back into a room and helped me with my belongings/purse. She was SO KIND, and I've not had this type of treatment from anyone ever before. Seriously. Thank you!

Great service at this location. Went in to get new wiper blades and Jacob could not have been more helpful in choosing the right blades. He even installed them in my vehicle in a raging snowstorm!

Location was clean and we'll stocked. They had some great deals on sale products. But otherwise seemed a little higher prices on their shelved stock. On the other hand they were the only parts store that offered a part I was looking for remanufactured. And half what the new costs. Overall I would recommend.

Very helpful representative. Will definitely go back.
