  The Oral and Facial Associates, LLC of Cincinnati have some of the highest professional standards I have ever come in contact with. Dr Waters and his team provided knowledgeable and empathetic care beginning with my initial consult all the way through the appointment for my extraction and after care. Dr Waters called me on the evening following my appointment to see how I was doing and was happy to answer any questions that I had. He also provided me with what my follow-up treatment would be in several months. Many thanks to all the staff for making me feel so comfortable and confident in the care that you give. It is obvious that you are proud of what you do every day!

  This was my first visit to an oral surgeon in about 45 years, the staff quickly addressed and alleviated all of my apprehension. Communication before and after was effective. Everyone in this practice was professional and genuinely caring. The personal same-day follow-up call from Doctor Yildirim, was very nice.

  As always, terrific care from this provider. Our daughters had their wisdom teeth removed successfully years ago; this practice has consulted with my 92-year-old father, and they just extracted two of my teeth on an emergency basis. All levels of professionalism are exceptional.

  Our teen had 4 wisdom teeth extracted this week. It was a great experience and we would recommend this office, and especially Dr. Yildirim. The doctor personally called twice to check on their recovery.

  Had my wisdom teeth extracted 2 weeks ago and it could not have gone better! I was very anxious going into it because all 4 teeth were impacted and the roots of the bottom 2 were nearly touching the IAN, but Dr Morrison did an amazing job getting them all out—not only were the nerves completely undisturbed but I also had minimal pain and swelling and zero bruising! I felt/looked fully recovered and was back to eating all my normal foods within a week. The entire staff is so helpful and accommodating, and made me feel more comfortable about the whole process. If you’ve gotta get your wisdom teeth out, this is the place to do it!
