We've purchased things like this stunning chandelier and incredible leather club chairs, to jewelry & gifts on the 1st floor. Not only have they helped us with purchases, but have been very giving with time & design advice! 100% recommend and my all time favorite Cincinnati store for furniture & other boutique items! Shout out to Neil for exceptional service!!

Neil was super helpful and drew out an image to show us how it could be arranged and taped off an area in the store as well to help us visualize it. He went above and beyond, and we are loving the chairs!

(January 24, 2021, 2:59 pm)We had the BEST experience at High St.! After debating on getting a new couch we decided to stop in on a whim. Not only was there a great selection of furniture, but the staff were so helpful. My husband and I didn’t think we would find anything in our budget, but we were surprised to find many wonderful options! After looking at High St. we went to other furniture stores in the area, only to keep thinking of the selection and staff at High St.. We called Neil and he was able to walk us through the entire transaction over the phone, answered all our questions, and even helped load our beautiful new couch into the truck. We were so happy to work with Neil! He was so friendly, helpful, and overall just did an awesome job! We will 100% be shopping at High St. in the future and be asking Neil for all his suggestions. Can not recommend them more for their selection, high quality options, pricing, and wonderful customer service! (And not to mention our puppy Milkshake loves it too!)

(July 20, 2019, 3:57 pm)A fabulous furniture and design studio with DAAP trained interior designers. Possibly the best reupholster in town ( Aaron Powell). Fun gift shop on first floor. Live the elevator's whimsical throne 🤣
