The property is beautifully maintained, the trash is ALWAYS emptied out, the neighborhood has beautiful pools and a lake, and the staff is amazing. Whenever I submit a maintenance request, it is always taken care of quickly and efficiently. It was no doubt in my mind to renew my lease! Also, I know when I was looking at apartment reviews last year - I always had concerns about cleanliness (and bugs) - it is super clean here and there are no bug issues. I’m not usually picky but he checked on a few things for me without hesitation. The build your own is perfect - I added arugula instead of lettuce and chose my favorite cheese. The food was delicious! The fried chicken was so crispy and the fried green tomatoes - yes please! 😍😍”
