  I needed a part for an old hospital bed I got for my friend. I called the Evendale store and got Wayne. I told him what I needed on Thursday and he said the manufacturer would drop ship the part to me. I'm thinking weeks to get it, but it arrived on Sunday, just 3 days later!! It wasn't the part shown in my instructions, so I called Wayne again. It became obvious that from his discussion with the manufacturer, and his years of experience, that I did indeed get the proper part. The bed works perfectly! Thanks again Wayne for amazing customer service! (show this to your boss!!)

  Courtney from the Evendale store took very good care of us. We had no knowledge of anything & she took the time to explain & go over all necessary details. We were nervous coming in because we didn’t know anything about the scooter we needed but felt confident when we left. She’s a great example of providing perfect service & even assisted with our decision to purchase a chair for the living room. I’m so glad we decided to stop in at this location. Kudos to her & the rest of the staff at that location because everyone that came in while we were there getting helped seemed please.

  Branden was a pleasure to work with. He was kind and patient. He listened to our needs and went the extra mile to make sure the new additions were not only helpful, but also esthetically pleasing.

  Brandon did a great job. Very knowledgeable and detail oriented. Was able to work with us when we wanted to change a few things with no problems.

  Med mart was contracted to help convert my home into an accessible home for my power wheelchair. The work surpassed my expectations. Not only are the accessible improvements a game changer for me, but the team made it look aesthetically very nice. Brandon and his team were great to work with!
