“My family and I have lived near this urgent care for three years and the old staff were extremely rude and made an illness or injury unpleasant. Having to be seen twice with the new staff OMG so polite, helpful, and very personable. My little guy was nervous to be seen but the male nurse I want to say Ramy ( so sorry if I messed the name up ) was AMAZING !! He was hilarious, made my Son so comfortable, and felt better. The nurse my Daughter saw I am so sorry I forget your name but she had red long beautiful hair. She was so sweet to my Girls and the nurse at the computer was patient with me and helped so much filling out paperwork that didn't even need to be filled out for other circumstances but she understood. I will always go to this urgent care in the future if these three individuals are still there. Thanks so much and Hulk Smash !!”
