Morgan was our salesman, and he was great to work with! He gave us a much more thorough introduction to our vehicle than the other dealerships we had visited. When we got home we noticed our floor mats for the car were missing. We contacted the dealership and they set them aside for us to pick up, which was again, a very easy process for us (luckily I drive past their location during the work week, so not out of the way). “September 14, 2020 a tire picked up a bolt and was completely flat. I limped into this Bob Sumerel Tire location as they were closing. The service rep at the desk said they could not repair the tire but to pull around back for some air. A technician greated me and realized the tire would not take air. He happily jacked up my car and put the donut spare on, making sure it was properly inflated. He also gave me a tire bag so I could put the wheel into the trunk. I was on the way to perform military honors at a Navy funeral and was not looking forward to getting dirty and sweaty. I wish to thank the staff for their kindness and help that allowed me to get to my appointment on time. Thank you.”
