They work with integrity and believe in delivering excellence. My AC condenser was punctured and they replaced it at an affordable price (original parts). The service manager Frank is phenomenal with his job, he is very knowledgable and you can tell he is passionate about what he does. I had initially gone to Nissan for the repair and they lied to me about a lot of things that my car did not need and they tried to charge me an arm and a leg for the job. My windshield got hit by a stone and I was so upset. I stopped at Advance Auto for advice and Richard from the parts department was so awesome. He greeted me promptly and professionally and showed me the different kit choices. Then he took his time to compare the different products and benefits, and then he reviewed the prices with me.
