“There was a leak at my hatch and I called a number of roofing companies. Many either didn’t get back to me or considered the job too small to be a bother. Only Bullock and one other company said they’d come and give me an estimate. The first guy (the company shall remain nameless, but I will never use you EVER) came out and told me that it was the edge/flashing that was leaking and wanted $1000 to fix it. Then Bullock rep came (I am so sorry I forgot his name), took one look, and decided to fix it without charging me! It took him less than 10 minutes. He took pictures to show me the problem and his repair. I couldn’t believe he did it so quickly and for FREE! He has earned a lifelong customer for Bullock. Highly recommended!”

Nathan handled everything with the insurance company (which was very confusing without his help) from jump street. We ended up getting a new roof and they were awesome. I got constant updates from Nathan on his communications with the insurance company and we were walked through everything and always in the know and up to date. When the roof was being installed, I was at work and Drew was sending me pics of the progress.
