Joly and his team are first and foremost dive enthusiasts and experts and you can tell when they are teaching the passion they have for the sport. Secondly, the customer experience comes first to them. Joly has gone out of his way multiple times to make sure the gear I was purchasing was the right size and was the perfect gear for what I was looking for, on top of that he saved me more than a few hundred dollars. Steve and Mike, the dive instructors, are true experts and excellent teachers to boot. I never felt rushed or under prepared for any task or skill they would teach. Consummate professionals. Coming from KY, I was asked a few times by friends and family why I was driving to Cincinnati every weekend for SCUBA class and it’s because there is no better experience, environment or team to learn from in the Tri State area. Literally can’t say enough good things about each member of the team and how much of a resource they are. Above and beyond is an understatement. “Nathan Morris, Drew, and his crew were absolutely top notch. We had a big tree limb fall on the roof. Nathan handled everything with the insurance company (which was very confusing without his help) from jump street. We ended up getting a new roof and they were awesome. I got constant updates from Nathan on his communications with the insurance company and we were walked through everything and always in the know and up to date. When the roof was being installed, I was at work and Drew was sending me pics of the progress. Very professional all the way around and I couldn’t be happier with HKC and how Nathan and Drew handled everything from first contact to follow up. You won’t be disappointed with these guys.”

Bartenders, could have used some help. Largest draft beer is 16 oz. Best part was meeting one of the regulars. **My car was clipped by someone in the parking lot. No note, no cameras.😤🤦🏼♀️ I'll be more choosy where I park, next time.”
