Lighthouse Media Services provided my family and me with excellent service during a very difficult time in our lives. Kevin made sure that my father's funeral could be live-streamed amid COVID-19. This was particularly healing for my 90 and 98 year old grandparents who were unable to travel to their son's funeral. I can't thank Kevin enough for being so accommodating with such short notice. I am an event producer in San Francisco, CA and last minute needed a livestream tech and videographer on the ground in Cleveland OH. I came across Kevin and Lighthouse Media and they saved the day. I've done 250+ livestream events this year and working Kevin to put on our shows in Cleveland was seamless. Out of all our events this year these had to be my favorite. "The Team", Chris, Kevin and Tom are highly professional, extremely knowledgeable and above all, very, very easy to work with. They simply know what they are doing and do whatever it takes to make it right. In live-streaming my daughter's wedding they seamlessly integrated with and choreographed their expert services with the still photographer and the videographer, taking the lead to assure that all got their best, unobstructed positions. "The Team" blended into the ceremony essentially unnoticed. All of our live-streaming guests (> 60 US/Canada) were impressed with the quality of sound and pictures, feeling like they were in the room with us. Simple one-step online access, not one complaint. Lastly, "The Team" did everything to assure a superb program regardless of any added time requirements or additional equipment needed, never asking for additional fees. Just doing the right thing!

This is the second live streaming event Polychem LLC., have used Lighthouse Media Services for, and the quality of their work has been outstanding! Their team is very professional and accommodated all our needs. We live-streamed our leadership meetings to attendees' all over the country, allowing them to interact remotely with the team onsite.
