amazing place to take your computer I've been recommending my family and friends for years and they always get the job done right and are very knowledgeable.
great service, i recommend all my friends and family...they actually take the time to understand your computer problem and don't just wipe and erase your computer and all the files from it like the geek squad did. i had to go here to have my important pictures recovered from what the geeks at best buy did to my computer, never again will i go to the geeksquad
Jimmy did a great job at coming out to my house, picking up the computer, fixing it, then bringing it back by the next day, within 24 hours. Yes he is still open, if he doesn't return your call simply just call again he is worth it because he actually fixes my computer and it works so much better than new. I saw that one star rating about if he's still in business, YES HE IS!! I know he was recently off a week in October so I just waited because like I said he's worth the wait and always done a super job! Thanks Jimmy!
I can't say enough of how awesome this place is! They fixed my hard drive when no one else could! It's my main home office computer that I need everyday so not having it means I was out of business. I had left my computer at another place and it took them a week and said they were pretty much out of options. James didn't even need 24 hours to assess and fix my hard drive. James is fast, courteous and very professional. James kept me informed of the progress and was very reasonable in price! Luckily this place is right here in Avon at the intersection of French Creek Rd and Detroit Rd. I will never use another service! Best experience!
Jimmy was SUPER helpful and kind. Not only did he solve my issues with my computer, he did so efficiently and effectively. I was able to bring my computer in, get a diagnosis, and have it repaired all in the same day. I operate a business so this was crucial to me getting up and running again asap!
