“We had to get a rental truck very last minute, thank God Penske was open. Tina Yu was the person who got us checked in and ready to get, I just had to say she was absolutely wonderful to work with. The truck latch and doors were frozen shut, I had to go pick up one of our employees to drive the truck for me and when I came back Tina had poured water all over the latch/doors and unfroze them. She also had the truck all warmed up and was scraping off the ice and snow from the windows. She is fantastic!”
