The knowledge that you gain and training can be applied to real life scenarios or situations if you dedicate yourself to learning each day you enter the training facility. The facility offers Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, a combat sport, that's uses grappling, ground fighting, and submission holds which can be applied to defending yourself in the street. The school also offers Muay Thai, a combat sport from Thailand, that involves stand-up striking along with clinching when in close quarters with another person or human. Other disciplines include Escrima, a national art of the Phillipines, that teaches weapon based fighting involving knifes, sticks, or other bladed weapons for self defense. The training will push you physically, mentally, and spiritually with fitness and combat self defense involved in all classes. It is a great place to learn and get in shape so you can live your life knowing you are safer with the knowledge that you can acquire from all the training.
