Now after finally getting new staff and more compensation to the employees, the quality of service, food, and experience is AMAZING! The staff is wonderful. There food is fresh anytime of the day now. They never forget anything and the customer service is outstanding. Compared to the Other fast food restaurants in Vermilion, this is definitely top teir. I would choose this Wendy's over any of them now. Also the staff Definitely deserves praise for the hard work. Thank you for such a great experience.”

“I'm staying for work related reasons and so far everything has been perfect, The lady at the front desk LAURA has been such great help with everything even going out of her way to provide me with some utensils I needed during night hours, answering and explaining some questions I had. Extremely nice and professional, Rooms are like they where upgraded recently no stains or mold anywhere, housekeeping cleans the rooms very well, The tall gentleman that works at the front has also been great and professional. Breakfast is great there's staff nearby that will help you with anything.”

The workers who installed the roof were extremely hardworking and paid attention to detail. They replaced the rood and did not damage ANY of my delicate landscaping. She has several friends, that have sold their homes and relocated to a trailer park. I impressed with the general office staff. Very friendly and willing to show me all the options available. Did a tour of the grounds and was impressed. I did visit after one of our most recent snowfalls and was impressed that the grounds were cleaned and walkways cleared. Went past the new playground and new models available. Once my sister has sold her home, will definitely revisit again.”
